I paid for a service using paypal and my service is not yet up.

I sent a ticket and its been two days and no response. Its not complicated. I sent my paypal transaction ID and my user ID but in my control panel still showing up as expired.

The control panel sucks and navigation to make renewals need much to be desired.

  • I do really apologize for the delay in getting to your ticket. Not only are we running a special, we've had 3 day snow storm here that has exasperated the issue. We appreciate your patience, and we will get to your ticket as soon as possible.
