unusable connection

in iOS VPN Setup
Hi all,
I've just subscribed for 1 year and installed ios app for now. I plan to use pia app on macos and on a linux server with deluge.
For now i'm just using ios app.
My landline (dsl) is quite slow so i'm using my 4G line (20 to 60 MB/s).
On the ios app no matter what region i select (automatic or any region ) the app show i'm connected but doesn't show the ip.
I can't use a web browser : time out or very very slow speed. It takes 3 mins to load pia web page.
I hope, i've not subscribed to ghost service.
The app is configured as indicated in the ios guide.

    No, you have not subscribed to a ghost service. We are here to assist. I recommend trying different connection type in the settings and find a more stable one between OpenVPN, IPSEC and IKEv2. It's the first option.

    thank you for your answer.
    On my server it seems to be ok. On my iphone it works with ipsec (not with ikev2)
