speed capping issues noticed
Noticed on my rtorrent VPN setup that I get now a max of 17MBps. I used to be able to max out my connection which would be 30-32MBps.
Nothing has changed on my server as far as I know aside from system updates. (ubuntu server 19.04 64bit)
Using standard docker image which always worked fine.
Only way around this I've found is to spin up another docker container which then uses a 2nd vpn connection to the server. Tested on various locations, Germany, Vancouver, Toronto etc.
I had this for the past 3~ months. Now today I noticed that the two dockers weren't able to get their own separate 17MBps bandwidth even though they were both using their own VPN connection.
I then tried changing the location on one docker and that then allowed me to have two vpn pipes getting the capped 17MBps per tunnel.
It seems PIA or ISP is noticing the traffic and even though I have two separate VPN connections via having two dockers, it gets capped if connected to the same location.
Would like to know if PIA is capping now or if this could be an ISP issue? Has anyone else noticed this?
