Netflix Open Connect

Hey, I have more of a feature request than a question, but the other day Netflix announced a program for ISPs to peer directly with Netflix for better performance: https://www.netflix.com/openconnect 

I'd love to see PIA support this!

    A nice idea, but I doubt any VPN will ever be able to agree to the terms.

    Basically they require a VPN to compromise the security and/or privacy of the users in order to be able to agree with the terms of use. This is why Netflix never mentioned VPNs themselves. They said ISP since it is usually a regional thing that can be restricted from content not available in that region.

    If you want my advice, never trust any VPN that says they support this. To do so they would have to discard every privacy benefit a VPN can offer you.
