I isolated the fluctuations of uTorrent speed trying same torrent WITH or WITHOUT proxy.
As soon as proxy is used the speed fluctuates as an almost perfect sinusoide: it goes up to over 2 MB/s then drops to around 300 KB/s and then revs up again and in few seconds goes down...
Without proxy: it revs up and stays there, as usual.

How do you explain then the above?
