Some websites and programs don't work when "Small Packets" isn't enabled.
Some websites and programs such as Reddit and Epic Game Launcher don't work without the "Use Small Packets" option enabled. This only happens on UDP connection type. TCP works fine with or without "Small Packets" enabled. However, TCP has a terrible ping and is pretty much unusable.
This is the case on all the android phones/tablets that I have tested so far. However, this wasn't an issue on my previous Windows 10 install. Everything worked flawlessly on UDP connection without enabling "Small Packets". Recently, I bought a SSD and did a fresh Windows 10 install on it, and now some websites and application don't work unless I enable "Small Packets".
Now you may say just leave that option enabled then. But, I can't. Because, when I try to play Dauntless, it takes forever to load and sometimes doesn't even load at all when "Small Packets" are enabled on UDP. Dauntless loads just fine on my other Windows 10 (UDP, Small Packets disabled). It also loads fine on TCP (Small Packets enabled or disabled), but as I said the ping is just terrible on TCP.
All other settings are identical on both of the Windows installs. This is a screenshot of my settings.
Any idea how to fix this?
