  • Forgot to add the beta version installer.  Please let us know how it is!

  • :( still not working, for me at least anyway

Still says connecting and never does :(
  • Doesn't work for me, it connects fine, as in, connect is grey and disconnect isn't. It seems to be connected but then I check my IP and it still has my ISP's IP...so clearly I'm not connected. This is on Yosemite (the latest beta).

I'm using L2TP instead which does work, but it drops connection quite often (once an hour) which is annoying.
  • @mrpands @unanimousarc Have you guys tried chatting with our live agents by any chance?
  • Still stuck on "connecting" for me.
    Using Viscosity for now.
  • Hey @nezzz!  Sorry for the issue.  I've alerted our dev team and it was working on their end.  Would it be possible to supply the debug log so that they can investigate this issue properly please?
  • Disabling firewall fixes the issue, although not great to do that!
  • Mac OS X Yosemite (Features of Mac OS X Yosemite) amazing features make all OS x client compatible. No any doubt

Thanks to apple, rumor makes happy to all.
  • have to disable Stealth Mode on Yosemite to work, not good.

Also, keeping asking me Admin & Password all the time wen I run as Normal User.
  • As of this morning, I have switched over to TunnelBlick which is the open VPN client for OS X. The problem with the PIA client is that 80% of the time my VPN connection upon a coldboot does not connect automatically even though it is selected in the preferences, sometimes the app does not even load on startup even though it is selected in the preferences, and I get regular disconnects. The VPN Killswitch seems to work now, since the last few updates. Until PIA fixes their OSX VPN client, I will have to stay with open VPN. Although I am disappointed, I am not without options.
  • same issue here. No IP hiding unless I disable firewall.
  • well, working on yosemite under viscosity, so no worries, but would like to see the PIA client work
