Login Credentials Incorrect?
I was able to login to my account yesterday but now I'm getting "Your username or password is incorrect. Please check your credentials and try again." Im paid up until next year and I haven't changed any settings. I also don't have access to the email I signed up with (was a burner). What do?

Surely you backed up your credentials? If not, you may still be able to get out of this mess with a support ticket.

Are you sure you are using the login they e-mailed you when you paid them?
And there are multiple types of VPN connections. Is it possible you are using the username and password for PPTP/L2TP in OpenVPN or vice-versa?
