Can't login to PIA homepage - 2FA error
I can no longer login to the PIA homepage / myaccount. It's asking for a 2FA token which I haven't setup yet. This means I can't chat with anyone for support, so I've submitted a form based ticket, but I've recieved no communication regarding this. Is this a problem other people are having, is there a work around or a way to get support other than just to wait?

Put "FORUM: Disable 2FA" as the Subject and include your order number in the message. If you do not have the order number, let us know and we can resend it.
