Only route select applications through VPN, but let everything else use normal connection?

PIA has the split tunnel feature now that allows select applications to NOT use the VPN. However Im interested in the opposite: to only have select applications use VPN, but let everything else use the actual connection. Is this possible?

Not possible yet, but we are working on that feature right now. No ETA yet though.
