Anyone successfully get split tunneling to work with Blue iris?

Trying to get Blue Iris to work through the VPN but not having any luck. Has anyone been able to actually get Blue iris to work?

    Hi, and thank you for testing our split tunnel feature! We do not have Blue Iris internally to test with, but some more information on what it does would be helpful - you might actually want the Allow LAN feature rather than the split tunnel for this.

    Is Blue Iris trying to connect to remote hosts over the Internet (and you want that to bypass VPN), or is it trying to connect to LAN hosts?

    If it’s LAN hosts, then you don’t need the split tunnel for this - remove Blue Iris from the split tunnel list and just ensure that “Allow LAN Traffic” is checked. Our split-tunnel implementation on Windows/Mac has minor issues with UDP traffic to LAN that we’re working on, so this might be causing the problem.

    For Internet hosts, the split tunnel is the feature you want, and we should troubleshoot this directly. Please submit a debug report and send the five-character code to our development team:

    • Username (ex. p1234567)
    • Email address
    • Which device(s) our application is installed on 
    • Any troubleshooting steps that you have performed to address this issue.
