PIA iOS app keeps disconnecting VPN or wi-fi

PIA app v3.4.2 on iOS 13.3.1 doesn't work properly. PIA disconnect VPN when the device would timeout and lock and then not connect when the device was unlocked. When the kill switch is on PIA disconnect iphone's wi-fi connection after timeout and lock.

4. Do you have any security applications installed?

5. Are you receiving any error messages or other alerts (and if so, what does it say)?

6. Is this occurring on your home network?

7. Approximately where in the world are you connecting from?
