issue with turkey server

hi
turkey server can connect in udp but i cant surf internet(it not load anything),inevitably i must change it to tcp,in tcp web surfing is ok but speed is very low and only port that i connect with it,is 443
please fix it that i can use it at udp
in addition when i connect to turkey server many website told i am from france(it has french ip)!!!
also please fix it
