utorrent settings for pia.
i recently moved from windows7 to windows 10, not by choice but dictated by the AMD rysen7.... anyway, on win7 i had the 2 set up nicely, all stable... but trying to set utorrent up with pia now i get very slow speeds and piratebay will not load with pia running (unlike before) so i have to search pbay without pia running then hit get torrent then start pia. but its the utorrent settings that are bugging me...
any help?
