Buffering On Windows and Android For Past Few Months
I've noticed over the past few months that my connection, especially with streaming, is horrible. Constant buffering. This occurs on both Windows and Android. I'm using the PIA app for on Windows as well as Android. I've tried the standard troubleshooting. I've tried switching remote port numbers. I've tried switching from UDP to TCP connection. Nothing seems to work.
The thing is that this started a few months ago. I tried initially to just connect to another PIA server. No difference. Still does buffering. If I disconnect from the VPN then I can watch videos just fine. It doesn't matter if it's a video on a website (e.g. business website) or on video services such as YouTube or Vimeo.
I've read on the PIA help section that there can be a decrease in Internet speed when connecting to a VPN. However, why did this start happening a few months ago? I've been with PIA for over two years. I've been using the same ISP for over a decade. Same computer. While my phone has changed over the years, it hasn't changed in the past three months or so.
Is anyone else experiencing lagging issues when connected to PIA?

I'm not good at it and yet I never experienced such an issue.
