Cannot Send Outbound Emails
I use Apple Mail (iCloud and MS Exchange email accounts). When PIA is on (VPN or WireGuard), I can’t send OUTBOUND emails. I can receive them, but emails going out simply stay in my Outbox. Am I missing a settings that corrects this?

Hello Klaatu. I understand that you are experiencing issues with sending mail while connected to our application.
To address this issue we may be able to whitelist your emails SMTP server. Please open a support ticket with our Helpdesk, providing us with a screenshot(s) showing all of the following settings within your email provider's settings:
1. The email address(es) being blocked
2. The SMTP/outgoing email server name for the above address(es) (e.g. smtp.mail.com, mail.example.net)
3. The Port number used to connect to the mail server (e.g. 587, 465, 25...)
4. The SSL setting (enabled/disabled - may appear as TLS/SSL)
Once we have the above setting information we will be able to confirm if we can whitelist your emails SMTP information.

If you wish to exclude multiple apps such as the App Store, Safari, the Mail app, and others, simply set WebKit applications to "Bypass VPN". This guide explains how to enable Split Tunneling and the below screenshot is what to add to the exclusions list.
