Firefox plug-in issues

I'm noticed the following issues when the Firefox add-on is enabled and global VPN is also active:

• pages reopen at the default zoom rather than the zoom level they had during the previous Firefox use;
• fonts in google docs look "fuzzy" when the page is zoomed.

Logout from the Firefox add-on restores normal behaviour.

I'm using Linux and Firefox 78.0.1

Thank you for your message. This issue, as you have described, may be related to using both the desktop application and the browser extension at the same time and . Using both can impact your internet connection and possibly impact how your browser performs as well. In my testing on Linux, I was not able to replicate the issues you presented. Zoom levels remain when reopening Firefox and text appeared clear at multiple zoom levels. 

We would recommend using either only the browser extension or the desktop application. Using the desktop app will protect your browser as well, eliminating the need for the extension. You can always use the desktop split tunneling feature for any application you wish to exclude from the VPN, even a secondary browser.
