Enigma2 VPN Plugin - No Server List?

I recently added a VPN plugin to my enigma2 receiver. PIA is one of the VPN options on this plugin list. However, the PIA server list is blank so unfortunately the plugin does not work. Anyone used one of these VPN plugins and have succesfully got it running with PIA?

@cjazz, you may need to add a configuration file that contains all the server locations and IP addresses. I know that when I was using OpenVPN for PIA it was required. I don't know about your system, but maybe one of these configuration files might be needed.
