Then, in the upper right of the page under the word DISCUSSIONS you should see an icon of a person with a down arrow. Click on the icon and select EDIT PROFILE.
On the EDIT PROFILE page, far right under your user name, you should have a link to edit your PW.

Make sure you are in your forum PROFILE page. The URL should look like this:
https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/forum/profile/
