Unacceptable slow VPN speed, incredible bad support

My Wired Windows 10 PC PIA VPN slowed down from 350/350 to 50/50 mbps (ISP 1000/1000).
I have been battling with a support case for over a week now and the different support staff do not respond directly to my issue or questions at all. I even numbered them to try to get some clear answers. But they keep throwing KBs at me, that I can find myself. Are they robots or real people? This is one of the worst support experiences I have ever had.
ALso I cannot upload files via the portal and my emails with attachments do not show up in the ticket. I asked about that issue and get totally ignored and get more non-relevant KBs in my Inbox. I used to advise other people to use PIA VPN, but now consider a new service myself. Anybody here has the same experience?
