Pia locked me out of a website's

I have been using pia for 5 years with this site. Yesterday I was locked out. Support said my address was spamming them so they blocked me. I am allowed back in now but did something change on configure for the server or socks 5. I use that site the most and Is why I purchased pia. Any help is appreciated

    There is the possibility you picked up a DDOS bug. Last year a Chines site hit PIA with a DDOS, It was flooding the forum with junk messages. Finally found the offender and banned them. That stopped the DDOS.

    Not saying that this happened to you, but it is a possibility. My guess is what ever caused this on your machine is no longer there.
