What happened to 2.5 release ?

Some days ago (around the 13th of october), a 2.5 release of the official PIA client as been relased and was available to download for every one on the offical download page at https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/download

It is now gone !
There is no mention of that version in the "View recent versions" page either.

What happened ?

Are we supposed to switch back to the 2.4 release ?
Is there a security vulnerability ? Or anything else ? What ?

Please communicate

They stated some people were having problems with it...That's all they said and that they had removed it...

I had actually loaded it on one laptop and tested it and seemed to be OK but I don't normally use the client

at home as my router provides whole network VPN connection. After I saw the notice about it I reverted the

one laptop back to 2.4.
