Please Put A Link To This Forum At The Top Of The PIA Page

If you want your customers to check this for information please attempt to make links to it very visible.
On the homepage for PIA, the link to this forum is buried in what is really the "fine print section"

More importantly why isn't a link to this forum more prominent on the support page?

If the navigation section of the fine print area is meant to really be used, why is it at the very bottom and buried in a lot of very similar looking text?
