SWEDEN - torrent trackers blocked?

Either remote trackers are blocking Sweden's (and some other nodes') IP ranges (why? unlikely) or Sweden and some other PIA nodes themselves are blocking these trackers' IPs, including:

udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80

udp://11.rarbg.me:6969/announce

udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce [and its IPs:]

udp://31.172.63.252:80

udp://31.172.63.252:6969

udp://31.172.63.253:80

udp://31.172.63.253:6969

Presumably this is unaffected by PIA manager (v46) being set to tcp / auto / 353  ?

    Tripod, just enable DHT and run with it.  That's safer than using public trackers, which are like Mos Eisley.

    Yes but what if torrent is private so DHT is disabled?

    Private torrents should use private trackers ;)

    Besides, at least openbittorrent.com fails for me without the VPN, too, just tested.

    Just to add one thing that hasn't been mentioned yet; a lot of public trackers block proxies and VPNs unfortunately. As above just use DHT and if it's a private torrent it'll have a private tracker too.
