When using Kill Switch, recognize a manual disconnect.

I think the program should allow internet access when using Kill Switch if I click the disconnect button. I like having the Kill Switch option on for the protection it provides, but if I don't want to use the VPN for whatever reason, I have to disable the Kill Switch option before I disconnect.
