Doesn't work on either Win8.1 or Android4.4
I just got going with it yesterday, and it's a PITA so far.
Win8.1
Took a while just to get it installed. I had to kill it like at least twice and restart the installer, because it kept getting hung up on a command line stage. Once I killed it a couple times, it eventually went all the way through I think. Regardless...
So, it's installed, and 'working'. I can 'connect' with it, but then, as soon as I go to check it somewhere, it's still showing my real ip.
Android4.4
Installed native app. Connected.
However, when I attempt to go somewhere, it starts popping up notifications showing that it is disconnected and is trying to connect. WTF?
e.g. When I open Speedtest.net and try to run a test, it pops up a message saying, "Waiting for usable network", and goes into the series of messages associated with connecting the VPN.
Once it gets done and says that it is 'Connected', and I try again, the same thing happens.
Doesn't matter whether I'm using mobile phone service data network or my home WiFi.
It never actually just works.
I started a support case, but no response.
What's going on here, guys?
