PIA does not answer the msj for refund [Solved]

I have been asking for a refund for this bad service and they do not answer the msj request (448025), I think this is bad service and misleading advertising when they say they give support 24/7, and these IPs are being blocked by some pages ,I have sent 2 requests and they do not answer
