Windows 10 - PIA does not Connect

I have not used PIA since early July due to not needing it while in the US. It was working fine before that while I was in Asia. I am back in Asia now and I am unable to start the client successfully. It just sits there and says connecting. While in the US I did the BIG Windows 10 upgrade. I have also had problems with PIA in the past due to conflicts with McCafe.

I am not well versed with PIA debugging. I could use some assistance digging into this. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

It could either be a technical issue with the software (updates messing up the netowrk configurations to function) or you are being blocked by a firewall. For the former, get a fresh copy of the app and reinstall. For the latter try TCP 443. I recommend putting in a tick with our support at https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/helpdesk/new-ticket
