Indian server currently blocked by Hotstar

As of a week ago Hotstar are blocking the Indian server.
Is it possible for this to be fixed?

Sorry to hear Hotstar is beling blocked. This may be due to the current IP as we don't have a lot of reports on this site. Please reconnect to the VPN to get a different IP and see if it works. Let me know which ones are blocked and which ones work by messaging our support at https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/helpdesk/new-ticket

None of these IP works 196.55.2.* and 138.128.180.*

I get 196.55.2.x IP address too and it does not work for me either.
