For users that wish to Upgrade their existing account to a longer-term Subscription, we provide our users with the ability to do so directly within your Client Control Panel located on the “My Account” page here.
Depending on the payment method you have used to purchase your initial subscription, you may have an option to upgrade to a yearly or bi-yearly subscription term.
The types of payment methods that allow upgrades are the following:
To Upgrade your account, please follow the below instructions:
Step 1: Log into your CCP
Log in to the client control panel using your account username (p1234567) and password.
Step 2: Locate Upgrade Subscription
Once in your CCP, scroll down till you find the subsection “Upgrade Subscription”. This will be located below your account information.
Step 3: Upgrade
Depending on your current subscription term, our system will provide you with either the option to upgrade to a Yearly or a Bi-Yearly subscription depending on the current term.
Note: If you are upgrading your account in the middle of your existing subscription term, the upgrade payment will minus a prorated amount based on the unused portion of the previously paid term.
For Google and Legacy PayPal accounts, please know that you are unable to upgrade these subscriptions. As such, you will need to either change the payment method or cancel your accounts recurring subscription. You will still be able to use the account until the end of the paid term. Once your existing subscription expires, you can then reactivate your account by selecting a new payment method directly within your CCP or by purchasing a new account directly on our website here.
