If you have your current account login details, you can update the email address on your account anytime via the Client Control Panel, which you can access here. When is the Client Control Panel, scroll down to the Change Email section, enter the new email, repeat the new email, and then enter your current password to complete the email change.
If you're unsure what your login credentials are for the Client Control Panel, or if didn't receive them, we can make the change for you. To do so, please submit the request for a change of email address via a support ticket here ; a support agent will be happy to assist you in manually changing the email address associated with your account.
Please be sure to include both the email address currently associated with your account and the email address you'd like us to change it to. Additionally, account changes like this require account verification for security purposes.
To verify your account, please provide us the 7 or 8 digit PIA Order ID that you received in your payment confirmation email from our service.
(Note: the PIA Order ID is NOT the same as the 7 digits following the letter "p" from your PIA username.)
If you paid via Apple Store/iTunes: please take a screenshot of your payment history in iTunes showing the successful purchase to our company, and attach the screenshot to your reply
