We’re currently running into a network outage that is affecting the user's ability to connect to servers on both, the FireFox browser extension and the Google Chrome browser extension. In the meantime, we’re advising users to use the Desktop client or the Mobile application for VPN services. We apologize for inconveniences this may cause and hope to have things sorted out soon. You may have noticed when attempting to use PIA this morning (04.23.21) you were able to use the browser extensions. We've implemented a fix and resolved the network outage.
