We will be launching our new client on Open Beta (available to all customers) on the 3rd December 2018. You will be able to download the beta client directly from the Private Internet Access downloads page (available here).

Customer Control Panel 2FA
We have added in 2FA to our Customer Control Panel (CCP) as per requests from customers. The 2FA option is available when you sign in to the CCP (default is disabled but can easily be enabled or disabled).
Please note: If you reset your password within the CCP with 2FA enabled, the system will prompt for a 2FA code in order to send the password reset.
We’ve added a Top 10 most commonly asked questions on Social Media. This will help customers with common questions refer to a simple post which has been pinned. This is available here.
