I bought a discounted subscription from PIA on CyberMonday 2020 sale and I have to say, I'm happy i did. Its working well and I've had no problems with it.

We have been using PIA VPN for well over a year. It has kept us feeling secure in our enjoyment of the internet. Pros: No noticeable decrease in bandwidth. Selection of where you want to browse from. Increased internet security. Cons: Lots of updates (which is honestly still a good thing) Sometimes takes a few moments to connect.

A simple and easy to use VPN. I could not have been much happier. It is also easy to navigate the control panel. The price is cheap as well.

I've used PIA for 5 years without need to contact them for support. I recently had to seek their help when I took them up on a sale they had for 3-more years at great price of $79 for up to 10 devices. For the first time, I contacted their support via Chat. I had a good chat session which resulted in merging my old account which still had 60 days to go with a new account for the 3 more years. I was able to change one of my desktops & my iPhone to the new acct with a new PW. On my second desktop, I struggled mightily, but couldn't make it work. Another chat session got me help to reset my password to one that PIA gave me that had no special characters. That worked like a charm on my second desktop. But I had to go back and change the first two devices that I had already changed. No explanation given as to why my attempts with password with special characters didn't work. I'll just use passwords that don't have special characters,

I am pleasantly surprised with the service. A tiny bit slower than my previous provider, but works much better on all sites I go to. The price point is great as well.

Good VPN app. Good purchase offer. Good apps - windows and android. Good variety of available servers. Good VPN client router configuration.

I was using NordVPN, but when my renewal came up, I decided to look around and found a great deal with PIA. I really like the speed, even connecting is quicker than Nord was .. so a bonus. The only suggestion I have, is that it would be way much better if we could login using our email address. While I understand, that the reason we have to use the long ID is for security, I do think it is over board, sometimes a balance needs to be reached. Overall I am extremely happy.

PIA is reliable and works well with my network setup. It can be deployed on the router as well as on the operating system. It is easy to use and very affordable. I feel really comfortable while surfing the Internet.
