Include an option in PIA VPN clients where users can select their own list of domains which can be blocked by the client via DNS. Make it so the user can put in a link to a hosts and the client can filter out all the domains.
Rather than just having the option to turn on and off blocking of the list used via PIA MACE, let users choose their own list.
