If you experience issues connecting or staying connected to any of our servers, you might want to try using a different port to connect to or a different protocol altogether.

First, be sure you are connected with the OpenVPN protocol, rather than IPsec. (Open the app settings [three lines in the top left of the screen], tap Settings, then tap Protocol. From there, select OpenVPN).
Step 1: Open Application
Open the iOS app and tap the menu button in the top left corner
Step 2: Settings
Within the main menu Tap Settings
Step 3: Connections
From there you will need to navigate to the sub-section called “Connection”
Step 4: Change Sockets - UDP
Select Sockets option and from there fist select UDP
Step 5: Change Ports
Once you have selected your Socket go back to the Settings Menu and select “Remote Port” with the Connection section.
From there you can cycle through the list of ports and connect through each port until you find one that works for you.
Step 6: Change Sockets - TCP
If you are unable to connect after running through all the ports for UDP. Go Back to your application settings and change the Socket type to a TCP
Step 7: Change Ports
Once you have selected TCP then proceed with Cycling through the list of TCP ports until you find one that works for you
Step 8: Connect
Once you have changed the ports and Connection type, go back to the applications main Menu and try connecting to the VPN again.
