For reasons why your connection could be dropping please review this article here.

First, be sure you are connected with the OpenVPN protocol, rather than IPsec. (Open the app settings [three lines in the top left of the screen], tap Settings, then tap Protocol. From there, select OpenVPN).

Step 1: Open Application

Open the iOS app and tap the menu button in the top left corner

Step 2: Settings

Within the main menu Tap Settings

Step 3: Connections

From there you will need to navigate to the sub-section called “Connection”

Step 4: Change Sockets - UDP

Select Sockets option and from there fist select UDP

Step 5: Change Ports

Once you have selected your Socket go back to the Settings Menu and select “Remote Port” with the Connection section.

From there you can cycle through the list of ports and connect through each port until you find one that works for you.
