I was still willing to go through with my cash deposit for bitcoins even after an inital 3.99% fee from bitinstant then a $3.95 fee from zipzap but could not find one location that accepted. I even went to the selected payment center. All the telephone numbers to the suggested locations aren’t real numbers. I had no hint of success. I will choose a different method and make sure to avoid zipzap, their false advertising, and their lies.
