Our customers will be able to chat live with a customer support agent any time of the day, any day of the week to resolve their support issues as quickly as possible. Customer service is an important part of our VPN service and we are happy to provide this service to all existing and prospective PIA customers. I need to cancel this program, which was purchased on 6/5/2020. This program is not compatible with my Amazon Fire HD 8. I can’t obtain help via customer support.

This is good, moving in the right direction. When can we expect a third party audit plan like Andrew Lee promised in 2019?
