Private Internet Access Releases Updated Transparency Report in Q1 2022

We have just updated our Transparency Report, detailing the requests we’ve received from state, federal, and foreign law enforcement.

The requests were as follows:

• Court order: 9
• Warrant: 6
• Subpoena: 6

Since we are a no-logging VPN provider that doesn’t keep any kind of usage logs, as is outlined in our Privacy Policy, we are always unable to produce any useful data for law enforcement. We’re fully committed to maintaining user privacy, so we will never log user data – this means we will never have anything to hand over, no matter how many times anyone asks.
